Broom Giveaway Sweepstakes Rules Winners will be announced on the Arcola Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and notified via email. Brooms must be picked up at the Arcola Broom Palace during regular business hours. Brooms will not be shipped. Limit one (1) entry per person. Limit one (1) winner per household. No cash value will be provided for any unused portion of the prize. If a winner cannot pick up their broom by September 15, 2025, a new winner will be selected and announced. ***Only entries submitted between 12:00 AM on September 5 and 5:00 PM on September 7 will be eligible for this contest.
